  • Drafted and successfully submitted a panel proposal for the EUARE Annual Conference 2024, in Palermo, Italy;
  • Drafted and successfully submitted an abstract for the IMISCOE Annual Conference 2024, in Lisbon, Portugal;
  • Applied and attended the 8th Zagreb Security Forum on  20th -21st of October 2023.
  • Successfully applied and attended the Social Work International Conference in Bucharest with a presentation on “Digitalization of work as a form of resilience”, between 2nd and 3rd of November 2023;
  • Attended the Scientific session “Filosofia și perspectiva umană” with the communication “Filosofia și Digitalizarea: Riscuri și oportunități în cadrul noilor universuri digitale” on 16th of November 2023;
  • Attended the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU event “MSCA2023. Diverse Research Careers to tackle Global Challenges”, from the 14th to the 15th of November 2023, organized in partnership with the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation and co-funded by the European Union.
  • Joined the organizing committee of the international scientific and practical conference “State, security and Human Rights” on 14-15 of December 2023, prepared and submitted an abstract/article for the same conference;
  • Attended the “1st European Science Diplomacy Conference: Towards a European Approach to Science Diplomacy” between 18th-19th of December, 2023.

 14. Main obligations of parties involved

The project director and the host institution:

 Are responsible for the implementation of the project;

 Prepare and submit to the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalisation financial and scientific progress reports during the implementation of the project and a final report, as specified in the grant contract;

 Publicise activities and advertise vacancies in the research project (including on the websites https://jobs.research.gov.ro/ and https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu/);

 Provide updated information on the progress of project implementation (at least the project summary and the updated list of publications resulting from the project) on a web page, in English and Romanian;

 According to Article 4 of Romanian Law no. 129/2019, a true beneficiary is any private individual who ultimately owns or controls the client and/or the private individual on whose behalf or in whose interest a transaction, operation or activity is carried out, directly or indirectly;

 The host institution ensures access of the project director to the existing research infrastructure and provides administrative support for the project implementation;

 Ensures the visibility of the NRRP funded project according to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 124/2021 with the obligation to comply with the provisions of the NRRP visual identity manual;

 Fulfill all obligations relevant to beneficiaries of NRRP funds as specified in Government Emergency Ordinance no. 124/2021 and Government Decision no. 209/2022;

 Comply with provisions of the grant contract;

 Ensure access to control bodies, in accordance with GEO no. 124/2021; Submit financial estimates, as specified in GD no. 209/2022;

 Submit the procurement plan, in accordance with the provisions of GD no. 209/2022.

Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalisation Ensures funding, monitoring and evaluation of the project, in accordance with provisions of the law, the funding contract and the available budgetary resources.
